Well done to North West Volleyball Association who were successful in gaining grant money from the City of Karratha. The money went towards a Level 2 coaching course and the participants consisted of 7 members of the north west volleyball association, 4 Karratha SHS teachers and 1 player from Tom Price.
All participants were very eager to learn how to develop players technique, control and game play to help grow volleyball for adults and juniors in their regional area.

The presenter Stue Carr also squeezed 3 high school clinics into his visit which was very intense cramming everything volleyball into 45 minutes, however, the students gave it their all and learned a lot of skills.
There is a lot of enthusiasm for our sport in Karratha resulting in some very talented juniors emerging – great work everyone!
