Volleyroos Set to Dominate In Canberra

It’s a big week this week with the Australian Men’s team hosting the qualifiers for the 2014 World Championships in Canberra this weekend.

Congratulations and good luck to locals Luke Perry, Lewis McDonald, Max Staples and Sam Walker (athletes) who have been selected in the men’s team! It’s fantastic to see such a wonderful representation of Western Australians in the team.

Currently the top ranked team in Asia, the Men’s Volleyball National Team, the Volleyroos, will be challenged by some of Asia’s best teams, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Kuwait in the hope of obtaining a spot at the World Championships 2014.
