Volleyball WA is looking to build a range of development activities starting with a weekend camp on October 25th-26th 2014. Please see the attached FLYER

The premise behind the activity is a chance for those athletes born after January 1st 1999 (We’ve changed this at the request of U16 coaches – it was previously January 1st 2000) an opportunity to develop their skills through drills and match play.

The camp will consist of one day of beach volleyball held at Inner City Beach (25th) as well as a day of indoor volleyball at Murdoch University (26th). Depending on numbers we will look to start each day at 9am and will have a minimum of 2 x 2hr sessions. The camp will be overseen by WA legend Kieran Cranley and he will have a group of assistant coaches. We will be looking to have a coach to athlete ratio of at worst 1:12.

As part of the holistic development of our pathway we would also like to invite any coaches who would like to volunteer their time to gain experience and learn from our master coaches.
