On the weekend of the 20th and 21st September 2014 Volleyball WA (VWA) held their annual Clubs Conference. Over the two days we welcomed all of our Club, Regional Associations and the Indoor Beach Federation.

Discussion items for the VWA Clubs Conference included the VWA Constitution, the VWA Strategic Plan (2014 – 2017), VWA Competition Management & Membership Management, 2015 VWA Planning, Marketing & Sponsorship Update, Workplace Health & Safety Risk Management Update, the Volleyball Australia Participation Plan, and a Case Study from Albany Volleyball Association.  As you can see it was a very full agenda with lots of discussion for all involved.

Nic Kaiser and Paul Grogan from Volleyball Australia (VA) also took the opportunity to launch the National Participation pilot program which aims to build the capacity of local clubs and support them to expand the participation base of Volleyball.
