DISCOVER LEAD VOLLEY

Lead Volley is a core part of the Discover Volleyball campaign. Designed to provide young people with a voice in the decision making structure of Volleyball in WA.

Lead Volley is aimed at promoting professional development for young people in the sport who are playing, coaching, officiating and / or administrative capacity.

LEAD VOLLEY PANEL

The Lead Volley Panel provides a forum for young leaders to have a voice regarding their sport. The inaugural panel will incorporate ten youth panelists and will meet four times per year at the Volleyball WA office.

Areas that the Lead Volley panel may be tasked with include:

  • Development of the Lead Volley Pathway, commencing with the Lead Volley Camp
  • Accreditation and recognition for young leaders internally and externally
  • Promotion and marketing of the pathway to young people
  • Coach and referee mentor programs for young leaders
