Volleyball continues to grow in schools across Australia and WA is no exception. Through School Volley, Volleyball WA delivers a range of programs including Sporting Schools, Think Again School Clinics, Teacher PD courses and our ever growing school competition calendar.

Primary Schools
Volleyball WA is part of the Government’s Sporting Schools Initiative aimed at increasing children’s participation in Sport.
Schools can apply for government funding through the Sporting Schools website, with Volleyball WA’s packages starting from $480 (GST exc) for four sessions. For more information or to book a clinic for your school, contact the Schools Coordinator at [email protected]
A number of Volleyball WA’s affiliated clubs also offer Primary School children the opportunity to play the Kids Volley after school. Find out more below.

High Schools
In partnership with Healthway and their 'Think Again' message, Volleyball WA delivers clinics to assist High School students with skill development for school competitions, as part of Physical Education Studies curriculum and to help prepare for Practical Examinations.
For students wanting to extend themselves consider the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards - Volleyball WA is a Duke 4 Sport provider.

Competitions
Volleyball WA delivers a range of competitions throughout the school year. Schools can nominate teams for the Think Again Beach Volleyball Cup, WA Volleyball Schools Cup and WA Volleyball Junior League.
Winners of the WA Volleyball Schools Cup are then able to nominate teams for the Volleyball Australia Schools Cup in December.

Teacher PD
Volleyball WA hosts multiple Teacher PD courses throughout the school year. Open to both Primary and Secondary School teachers, participants can choose between an Introductory or Intermediate Course.
