In only three days 101 teams from around Australia as well as New Caledonia will meet on Scarborough Beach for the Australian Junior Beach Volleyball Championships 2017. All the state teams will be competing for the coveted Andy Burdin Shield, currently held by Queensland. VWA invites everyone to come down to Scarborough beach from Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th to see our top juniors compete. There will be giveaways, a spikezone playing area, music and a overall fun atmosphere that the whole family will enjoy. Attendees can also enter our Photo Competition for a chance to win a Mikasa Beach Volleyball. If you are drving down to the beach there’s a number of parking options available at Scarborough Beach including:

• Free parking at lower and upper carparks directly off Manning Street and Brighton Road 
• Wilson carpark on Manning Street: (first two hours free or $5 all day; 200 bays free all day during the warmer months – look for the marked bays on Level 6 upwards)
• Rendezvous Hotel ($5 first hour, $30 all day)
• Additional accessible parking is located along The Esplanade just south of the Clock Tower
