Athlete Pathway

Volleyball WA’s Athlete Pathway utilises the Australian Institute of Sport’s FTEM framework, allowing the sport to provide participants with multiple access points. Utilising the Foundational, Talented, Elite and Mastery headings, Volleyball WA have developed a pathway document to highlight how Volleyball is a game for all.

Australian Volleyball Super League

The Australian Volleyball Super League is the official national Indoor Volleyball League for Open Men and Women. Coordinated by Volleyball Australia, the league is held annually between August and October.

Australian Junior Volleyball Championships

The Australian Junior Volleyball Championships is the premier national event for indoor Volleyball players in the U19 and U23 Age Groups. The Championships sees the state’s best athletes compete against each other for national titles.

Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships

The Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships is the premier national event for high school aged beach Volleyball players. The Championships sees the state’s teenagers compete against each other for national titles in multiple divisions.
