ONLINE NOMINATION FORM
The State Series is a multi-division competitive series that includes 1 round of qualifiers (Royal Park Open), 6 rounds of tournaments and the WA State Open. These tournaments take place at various weekends and venues during the summer. For all events except the qualifiers and the State Open, players should expect to play one day on the weekend depending on their Grade.
Please note that players must nominate for each individual event. All nominations must be submitted with payment before they can be processed. Nominations made after the nomination deadline are put on a reserve list and, if later accepted into the event, will incur a late fee in addition to the original entry fee. Please check the VWA Calendar regularly so that you know when these nomination deadlines are. Please note that if you withdraw from the competition after nominations closed, you forfeit your nomination fee.
Players must register as current VWA Members (State Series Membership or Adult / Junior Full Membership) prior to playing in their first event.
