The 4-a-side tournament is obviously played with 4 persons on court rather than the traditional 2-a-side team structure in beach volleyball. The day is targeted as a fun, social day of competition. The Open 4's draws players and companies from a broad range of industries. Players do not have to be workmates; grab a bunch of friends and join the fun!
All teams must have at least one female player on the court at any time.
