As we have been advertising, the Australian Beach Volleyball Series is coming to Perth this weekend the 17th and 18th of March at Scarborough Beach. It has taken a lot of lobbying from Volleyball WA and some "allocation of funds" to secure the National Tour for WA so we are VERY happy that we can showcase this event to our WA members.
The whole series has been a great success, the beaches look tremendous with the setup, the event is televised and we get to witness some of the best Beach Volleyball in the World. There are giveaways and sponsor "activation areas".
Come down to Scarborough Beach on the weekend, to not only watch some great beach volleyball, but to be part of the whole festival (and maybe get seen on TV).
Games begin at 8am daily, with finals on Sunday at around 12pm.
