How do I become a Member?
Click here to obtain a membership form and follow the instructions on the form. Once it has been filled in and signed, it must be returned to the VWA Office for processing.
Payment should be submitted with the membership form and can be paid with cash, cheque, or direct debit.
Simply handing in a form or just dropping off payment DOES NOT mean your membership is active. Please note that your membership is not valid until we have:
- received your completed membership form, including your signature on the Player Agreement part of the form; AND
- received confirmation of payment.

Please reference the type of membership you are paying for along with the applicant's first initial and last name, i.e., JSMITH ADULT FULL.
